Return and Cancellation Policy

Reservations are required for all Speed Tunnel experiences; space is limited and is filled on a first come first serve basis.

If you cancel or make any changes to this reservation above more than 30 days prior to your session date you will be charged a $50.00 administration fee.  You also understand that if you cancel/change your selected session less than 30 days prior to your session date or if you fail to attend your session, you will forfeit your entire fee.

This reservation is transferable with express written consent from the original recipient.  If you cannot or choose not to attend your session, you can give your time to a friend.

In the event of inclement weather, Tunnel Systems LLC reserves the right to wait until the day of the event to cancel.  Please show up at the location at your designated time unless someone from Tunnel Systems LLC or the event location contacts you.  In the event of inclement weather, a rain check or refund will be given at Tunnel Systems LLC's discretion.  Refunds will not be issued for cancellations by the rider due to inclement weather.
